Derby and Derbyshire LMC

The DDLMC is the only committee with a statutory obligation to represent the interests of ALL local GPs.

Whether Partner, salaried, locum or portfolio, The LMC’s role is to ensure that you are properly valued, and your skills appropriately utilised.

They endeavour to ensure you enjoy a standard of living commensurate with your profession, commitment and training.

LMCs influence local and national health policy. By liaising directly with NHSE, CCGS and secondary care they ensure the voice of general practice is heard loud and clear.

With the changing landscape in general practice DDLMC wants to make sure all types of GPs have a voice.

To find out more about the LMC and how to get involved please see their website (which has a dedicated Sessional GP section) or contact the team.

You can also follow the LMC on Twitter and Facebook.
